Sometimes, don't you want to drive fast?

Like zip around corners and blast down a straightaway, leaving a little rubber in your wake? This kind of behavior is usually frowned upon in grocery store parking lots, but that's ok, your Jetta is built for both. We stuffed a purring, high-performance engine under the hood wrapped it with the 4-door Jetta design, plus a few perks that make it uniquely Jetta. So you can still accomplish all those life things you need to do, while living those fun things you've meant to do.

We thought of that.

The trick to making a car comfortable is making it feel intuitive. When you reach down to adjust your seat, there's available lumbar support. When you're cold, there are available heated seats. When you want to feel the sun, there's an available power tinted-glass sunroof. When you want to see the stars, it's a mood roof. And when you want to pick up some friends and go, you can. In fact, you may even discover things to do in your Jetta that we didn't realize. We thought of that too.
You've offered to drive to dinner on Saturday and not there's a fifth person coming along. Will that work? Should you buy that enormous box of diapers at the big box store? Will it fit next to the giant stroller in the trunk? What about that trip to the mountains coming up - will the snowboards fit in there too? You have enough to worry about. Let the Jetta take care of all of that for you with 15.5 cubic feet of trunk space, 60/40-split folding rear seats and rear pass-through with intergreated cupholders.

Safety

Electronic Stability Control (ESC). ESC helps prevent oversteer or understeer during an evaisive maneuver by applying corrective forces to each of the wheels. In other words, it helps you maintain control right when you need it most.

ABS and HBA. The Anti-lock Braking System helps keep te brakes from locking up during sudden stops and helps you retain control over the steering during emergency braking. Hydraulic Brake Assist works with ABS to help you get maximum power from the brake system.

Lower Anchors and Tethers for CHildren (LATCH). LATCH allows you to secure child seats to your Jetta using specific built-in anchors that connect the seat to the safety cage. When the child seat is installed and used correctly this helps maximize the safety seats.

Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS). After the airbags have deployed in a collision, the ICRS automatically unlocks all doors, disables the fuel pump, and turns on the hazard lights. There's why we call it intelligent.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). The TPMS helps monitor tire pressure and alerts you when it is too low. Properly inflated tires help increase safety by providing better stability, handling, and braking in almost all situations.
